Enterprises of China are facing a new starting when entering into 21 centuries. The companies are encountering more furious competition because of the evelopment of technology and knowledge-based economy. Meanwhile, the global economic nite and sound market system bring out new opportunity for the development of enterprise. The corporations are brought higher demand about the development and training of HR under above condition. Establishing and perfecting training system becomes one of the most important tasks. Training is coming into all kinds of aspects of corporation development twith training's profession and diversification.The training of employee is one of the hottest topics today. The researching of training brings more concern from the domestic and international enterprises.D Company has more than 900 people, with 16-year-old. With the compa ny's rapid development and strategic needs, the company's existing training and human resource reserves, has been unable to adapt to changing markets and bus iness development strategy of rolling jumping requirements How to effectively c arry out human resource development, improve the quality of staff and improve employee job performance, has become the key to gaining access to competitiv e advantage. Therefore, how the actual situation according to corporate design s uitable for D Company's employee training system, and help companies in a co mplex market competition to win a competitive advantage, it is in this paper to solve the main problem.The paper embarks on the practice of D Company's staff training, guided by the moden staff training theory, by means of questionnaires, interviewing, d ata statistics and researching of the enterprise documents, after thoroughly investi ng and analyzing the actuality. The author points out the existent problems durin g the current training process, does a training needs analysis according to the pr actical situation, bases on successful experience in training and management aspe ct of human resource management theory, discusses and designs about how to b uild staff training system thoroughly and systematically, makes the objectives of staff training, designs staff training organizational system and curriculum system, including the new employees training, management training, sales training, techn ical training, productive training and director training, makes staff training design s including new employees, senior manager, senior salesmen, senior bank mana ger and senior technical staff, makes the training implementation programs and a ssessing programs of training effectiveness, makes a set of closed-loop training management system. The paper also puts forward security conditions of training system from three aspects-building corresponding training rules, strengthening stud y-style organizational concepts and making a good training environment, strivin g to design the system more scientific.This staff training system design is the analysis of D company's human reso urces based on the current situation and realistic, practical, with a strong operatio nal. Contribute to enterprise's high efficiency, high-quality implementation of staff training, in order to comprehensively improve the quality of human resources of enterprises and the competitiveness of enterprises to provide reliable protection, but also the eventual realization of enterprise and its employees "win-win." This is bound to contribute to the development D companies, for other similar enterpr ises of the staff training work, with some guidance and learn.
