In modern time, the essence of competition between airport companies is the competition of service. The service attitudes and senses of the employees in airport companies are the main sources of differences in competition. That is to say the competition between airports is the battle of the talents and employees in their companies. This paper studies DLA Group Co. whose level of internationalization and service quality is a little bit far away from the a high level one. Therefore, training is a key step to improve their service and management.The paper focuses on the subjects of training system of DLA Group Co. aiming at the problems which are confronted with in the DLA; the paper re-designs the training system of on the basis of "systematic training mode" for DLA. The paper can typically divided into five parts. The first part is introduction which includes the background, meaning, mind-map, methodology and contents of the paper. The second part is a literature review which introduces the relevant theories. The third part of the paper is status description of the training system of the DLA Group which contains the introduction of DLA, its strategy, organizational structure, overview of the HR and the issues in the training system. The fourth paper is the re-designation of the system of training for DLA, the process of which involves the investigation and analysis of the situation, subjective and principles as well as the procedures and contents of re-designing. The last part is the measure of ensuring the effectiveness of the system from the perspectives of organization, teacher resource and institution.
