The global economy in twenty-first Century has led informatization to daily life due to the promotion of rapid development of mobilization. The degree of company information in one hand reflect the competitiveness of the company, due to the professional information technology, many company will be transformed into internal information technology outsourcing for a professional IT service company. The reasons for company to outsource professional IT services are to improve the efficiency and quality of work and also to control and reduce the cost. The outsourcing of IT service has become the trend of company developments, in this regard, IT service outsourcing company has been rapid developed since the beginning of 1998. More then ten years later, the IT service outsourcing company has updated rapidly due to the fast changing of the market demand and the model has been changing accordingly as well. It has put pressure and created challenge for the IT service outsourcing company, how are they going to create innovation for the market? How are they going to manage the strategy and tactics of the market?G company has been in the IT service outsourcing company for 15 years, and mainly concentrated on the ITO business model, it is facing difficulties at this moment. ITO services market has entered the dead end and G company has insufficient ability to enter into BPO business market at this moment. According to the forefront marketing theory system, the G company’s marketing environment analysis (PEST, five forces model and SWOT analysis) the service outsourcing market marketing strategy (STP analysis) and the study of the relevant marketing strategy (7PS), through the above study provides G Company with new direction and the related theoretical guidance for its future development.
