With the fast development of network technologies, the security, integrity, reliability and availability in the nework data transmission are becoming increasingly crucial. Our life is closely bound up with the internet and the network almost has influenced every aspect of life and national economy. During the electronization, Agricultral Bank of China(ABC) makes higher demands on the network data service unit, especially its security and reliability. The thesis analyzes and studies the construction of a reliable network data service equipment in the city-level bank branhes.Based upon the reseracher’s working experiences, The thesis primarily discusses the purposes and the requirements of etabilishing the internet data center in the banks, and analyzes its significance and the technical fesibility in practice through experiments, Moreover, the infrastructure of the PC rooms in the bank are discussed on the basis of such aspects as network cabling, network layout design, uninteruptible power supply, and emergency disaster recovery technology. Besides, the author futher puts forward a feasible LAN and WAN design for the bank through experiments on levels like switch, load balancing server cluster system, redundant backup and NIC teaming, and summarizes the demands for constructing a secure and feasible network data service equipment by managing the firewall, acess control and vulnerability detection. Finally, in order to enhance the reliability of the network data service eqipment, the thesis tries to manage a series of things like network problem, warning, analysis, magagement and solution by monitoring the operating parameter of the network data unit through network operational system. Therefore, the feasible design for network data equipment was discussed and propsed from the perspective of local practices and the experiments.
