Research On The Lighting Management Problems Of Y City Under The New Public Service Theory

Urban lighting management belongs to the basic public service is an important part of management, it has to do with people’s life, social security and the problem of energy conservation, to beautify the urban environment also can promote the development of economy and culture, reflects the management level of a city and cultural taste. How to effectively manage the urban lighting and promote its healthy and orderly development, maintain the rights of citizens, to promote the realization of the interests of the public, this paper is to study the problem.
