| The investment pattern is an important topic in modern enterprises’ theoretical studies. In this paper, I will take the Road & Bridge International Company’s (RBIC) developing problems on present investment pattern (BOT+EPC) as an example to analysis and evaluate its investment patterns effectively by applying the project management, the risk management and the basic principles of project’s financial feasibility analysis.Firstly, this paper did research on RBIC’s existing organization management quo, problems and reasons of BOT+EPC patterns. The result shows that the company should establish a sound the screening analysis and evaluation mechanism on investment; improve screening analysis framework of investment; select the appropriate index of investment analysis; rationalize the objective and reliable investment evaluation criteria, especially its vulnerable scientific investment evaluation model; perfect the investment organization and management system; define the investment project’s various responsibilities and authorities; improve investment management oversight mechanism and implement the investment projects phased targets.Secondly, based on the traditional management and economic theory, the paper innovative the investment project analysis evaluation theory and builds the investment project analysis framework and related evaluation model with investor interests as the starting point by combing with the superior (China Communications Construction Group) and the related internal requirements. First of all, the paper theoretically clarifies the divergence of focus, target and study depth between investors and government, which gives us a new research perspective on evaluating and analyzing the investment projects. Besides, under the innovation investment framework, the paper thoroughly investigates the invested project’s overall idea and explores a viable enterprise project investment analysis program from a practical point. In addition, according to the detailed analysis of management difficulties on BOT+EPC, this paper also proposes a new organizational structure and a organization and coordination strategy. Furthermore, it also designs a project-relatedresponsibility matrix and an organizational responsibilities and authorities plan sheet which can be used as guidance for specific project implementation files.Finally, combines the basic project management theory with the national laws and the related superior (China Communications Construction Group) requirements, this paper constructs the BOT+EPC investment management and monitoring system; explores the design principles issues on management and control system, management responsibilities border demarcation, finance and tax plans, safety quality management and operational convergence. Moreover, for specific issues of investment development, the paper gives the concrete strategies of similar project implementation guidelines and examples. |
