A Research On The Investment Pattern Of Foreign Direct Investment In Tianjin

As the expediting of China's reform and opening up and improvement of the investment enviorment, more and more foreign enterprises are attracted to invest in China. Especially after China's entry into WTO in 2001, foreign direct investment poured into China's market in an unprecedented speed. As one of the coastal opening up cities with relevant swift development of eoconomy, depending on its ascendant geography position, convenient and quick transportation and communication and exellent investment enviorment , Tianjin has attracted numbers of foreign investers. And its foreign capital adhibit also take on different developing phrases. Nowadays, single proprietorship pattern has become the major pattern of foreign investment.The major research content of this thesis is as follows: in the first palce, it starts from the concept of foreign direct investment and the research actuality both at home and abroad, and through the carding and analysis of predecessor's document and research, it finds out the rational research point. In the next place, it introduces the investing situation of foreign investment in Tianjin, from the aspects of development course, investment existing situation to the investment quality, and especially points out that the coastal areas have become a new increasing point of foreign direct investment. Again, as for the demonstration research part, this thesis selects the relating economy index from 1991 to 2006 in Tianjin, uses SPSS software and accounts the different contribution rate of three investment patterns to the economic development in Tianjin in order to obtain that the increasing of foreign single proprietorship has the most promotion to the city's economy. At last, it analizes the positive and negative influence of the the trend of foreign single proprietorship to Tianjin, and it gives relating policy suggestions from the aspects of government and enterprises.Througn the qualitative and quantitative analysis , this thesis expects demonstrate the effect of foreign single proprietorship enterprises to the economic development in Tianjin, and analyzes the problems and find out the gap, so as to adjust in time the attracting strategic target of Tianjin's foreign direct investment, and makes the more active and reasonable policy measures to improve foreign capital quality and promote the continuing, stable , healthy and swift of Tianjin's economy.
