Intense competition in the market, the ever-changing external environment allows companies to pay more attention to improve their reaction speed and capacity, and improve interoperability is one of the very important part. This paper aims to study the differences under different types of organizational culture enterprise collaboration capabilities, specifically study the relationship between different types of organizational culture and business synergy through literature review, data analysis, so as to draw the appropriate conclusions and improve collaboration capabilities recommendations.Firstly, organizational culture, organizational culture types and enterprise interoperability literature review of relevant content, and cultural differences in a team, flexible culture, market culture and the level of cultural enterprise collaboration capabilities specific analysis. Collect relevant data through questionnaires and the Pearl River Delta region in Hunan enterprises, empirical testing of enterprise collaboration capabilities as the dependent variable, four different types of cultural analysis of variance explained by the model variables, and to further explore the organizational culture types and enterprise collaboration capabilities correlation. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) enterprises to improve interoperability should learn from the best model for building organizational culture to culture as the dominant culture flexible type of business. As can be seen from the empirical analysis in this study, the highest level of corporate synergy under flexible culture. Therefore, enterprises should attach importance to cultural development organization is to build the most flexible culture, namely attention outside the enterprise and flexibility. In the current context of the market economy, overall response rate for the decisive influence the competitiveness of enterprises, and improve the overall speed of response is simply to improve enterprise collaboration capabilities. Therefore, the construction of a flexible organizational culture as the dominant culture is an important means and methods of enterprises to cope with the fierce market competition.(2) the ability of enterprises to improve business collaboration should learn the type of team culture and market culture strengths and advantages. Team culture is the emphasis on the most prominent advantages of internal communication and collaboration. Therefore, enterprises in the construction of a flexible organizational culture dominated culture should learn the advantages of team culture, thereby further improve collaboration within the enterprise and ultimately improve enterprise collaboration capabilities; advantage of the market culture is the focus on efficiency and results-oriented, which is the there are reasons for significant positive impact on the knowledge, resources and process interoperability. Therefore, enterprises in the construction of organizational culture and improving interoperability process also should pay attention to efficiency and results, which is a necessary requirement to win market competitiveness.(3) business six concrete steps should be taken to enhance interoperability. Team is the ability to perform collaborative business units, companies should improve team collaboration capabilities through the use of six steps of the measures, so as to enhance the implementation of the enterprise collaboration capabilities, and ultimately promote the upgrading of enterprise collaboration capabilities. Six steps are as follows: The first step is to let the team goals popular. Improve team and enterprise collaboration capabilities first is to set a common goal of being widely recognized. Followed by decomposition of the target clearly was dedicated team members then. In short, companies should leave no stone unturned to make the team and business objectives popular. So that all employees can always clear common goal, have the right sense of direction, and into which the body; second step is to focus on the team all the people and things. Synergy team building, corporate synergy building should follow a principle: the higher the level you should spend more time focusing on people rather than things. We care about people, to fully understand the strengths and weaknesses of each team member, to the right people into the right positions, and give full play to all team members so that they complement each other, so as to enhance the overall team and enterprise collaboration capabilities; third step is to communicate anytime, anywhere. The core elements of corporate synergy is effective communication. Enterprise managers and team leaders should learn to use a variety of effective communication skills and methods, and spend about 80 percent of the time to communicate with the team in various roles, in order to improve their work efficiency. Meanwhile, managers and team leaders should build a bottom, efficient communication between the lateral system to ensure effective communication between teams and business conduct; fourth step is to break barriers within the enterprise. Many important reason for the low overall efficiency of enterprises is the lack of cohesion, resources can not optimize the integration of the various departments, between departments passing the buck to each other. Therefore, in order to truly improve the overall enterprise collaboration capabilities must break down the barriers between the corporate sector. The key to breaking business barriers and achieve cross-functional team collaboration is to find a good team leader role their departments, master the skills the same level of communication, build an efficient mechanism for communication up and down in order to achieve a coherent corporate departments, and ultimately enhance the the company’s overall interoperability; fifth step is to take effective action. Effective action is strong support for the previous four steps, because any perfect tight through action plans are needed to achieve. And measures to ensure efficient operations are mainly working in synergy to eliminate barriers to control the conflict, problem solving, etc. These measures will enable the entire operation of the business team to become orderly and efficient. Enhance the ability to achieve synergy targets; sixth step is to share with the team to celebrate. Managers should do to share the results while also sharing process. While the share and celebrate team and become a cultural enterprises. This role is to celebrate and share in itself can be an incentive, while sharing with the celebration of the team atmosphere can enhance corporate values.
