How to improve enterprise performance is an eternal and popular enterprise.The enterprise culture plays an indispensable role in the process of enterprise operation and management,and it is of great significance to the enterprise to build a competitive advantage.Many studies have shown that there is a very close relationship between corporate culture and organizational performance.But the current study is limited to how the relationship between the two is produced,how corporate culture affects competitive advantage,and there is still no clear answer.Based on the practice of Chinese enterprises,this paper aims to study how corporate culture influences organizational performance in the context of traditional Chinese culture.In a detailed and deep into the existing related research,on the basis of literature review,based on the theory of resource base in the field of strategic management,put forward the "corporate culture-the enterprise competence-organizational performance" research framework.For this study is more accurate,in-depth and comprehensive and innovative,full text around the enterprise culture the influence mechanism of competitive advantage the core problem,has carried out four aspects of research work.First of all,on the basis of a large number of literature research,this paper takes enterprise culture connotation and performance as well as the attention enterprise internal and external for two research perspectives,four points to build the enterprise culture research framework.Secondly,this paper takes the Chinese national culture as the background,the reference of the enterprise culture basic hypothesis model,and develops the enterprise cultural measurement scale suitable for China.Through theoretical analysis,the enterprises qualitative interviews,experts and validation,data analysis and other methods,the enterprise culture connotation is divided into experience rule orientation,internal harmony orientation,environmental adaptation,staff efficiency and sustainable development guidance five dimensions.As an intangible asset,the enterprise culture can not directly bring competitive advantage to the enterprise,and its function can be expressed through the enterprise ability.The contribution of this study is to build the enterprise culture research framework,four points on the existing research of enterprise culture and organizational performance,deepened the understanding of the current corporate culture research in the Chinese national culture as the background,the development of a suitable for China's national conditions by the theoretical research of corporate culture.
