This study classifies the enterprise based on two dimentions: the service nature andelement of production denseness, as well as core competence characteristic. Based on"the competing values model" theory about the organizational culture and theorganizational effectiveness which proposed by Quinn and Cameron, through thequestionnaire survey, this study inspected the leading organizational culturecharacteristic of each type of enterprise in present. Then, through the data analysis,this study has been able to promote the valid organizational cultural pattern for eachtype of enterprise. And, comparing the enterprise's current organizational culturecharacteristic and the valid organizational cultural pattern, this study provided theorybasis and practical suggestion for the enterprise to establish and consummate itsorganizational culture.The results show that, first, currently, both the labor-intensive andknowledge-intensive production manufacture enterprise take the hierarchy as theleading organizational culture. The former conforms to its valid organizationalcultural pattern completely, that is take the hierarchy as the leading culture, and theclan and market as auxiliary culture; the latter then does not conform to the validorganizational cultural pattern, it has to develop the market as the leading culture, andthe adhocracy as auxiliary culture. Next, currently, both the labor-intensive andknowledge-intensive service circulation enterprise then takes the market as theleading organizational culture, which has the big difference with the validorganizational cultural pattern. The labor-intensive service circulation enterprise mustdevelop the organizational cultural pattern which the market balanced mutually by thehierarchy; But knowledge-intensive service circulation enterprise then must develop the hierarchy as the leading culture, and market as the auxiliary culture. Finally, thecurrent adaptive enterprise takes the hierarchy as the leading organizational culture,approximately conforms to the valid organizational cultural pattern, namely theorganization cultural pattern with the adhocracy balanced mutually by the hierarchy;And the current competitive enterprise takes the market as the leading organizationalculture, which is different with the valid organizational cultural pattern, it has todevelop the organizational cultural pattern which the clan balanced mutually by thehierarchy.
