With the further development of China's economy,urban infrastructure construction has shown a new momentum of development.Facing the summon of new opportunities,as a third party in construction services,supervision company has gradually realized that if one company wants to take more market share in the future market competition,we must strengthen management of the company's human resources,and utilize the value of employees as much as possible,in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.At present,while the research on human resource management is deepening,a new management method needed to be considered to combine human resource and the other elements more effectively.The proposition and development of harmonious management theory provide the research foundation and new angle of view for solving the harmonious management problem of human resource reasonably.Taking A supervision company as an example,this paper studies the harmonious management of human resources on the basis of understanding the human resources environment of A supervision company.First of all,based on investigation,in this article,A supervision company was compared with other compatible supervision companies.From the analysis of these companies,problems existing in its human resource management were found out.Aiming at the problems of analysis,the article then identifies the theme of harmonious management of human resources of A supervision company,and establishes the harmonious management system of human resources of A supervision company.Relying on the establishment of a harmonious management system of human resources,this article finally discussed the management system He Principle measures and Xie Principle measures.As for He Principle measures,this paper put forward that a company should complete strategic objectives,build corporate culture and strengthen staff training;In the Xie Principle measures,this paper put forward that recruitment procedure should be completed and performance assessment along with position match should be strengthened.In the aspect of perfect performance assessment,this article constructs integrated performance index system by using the balanced score card method,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to give the index weight.In position matching process,the article constructs the supervisory technical personnel fitness model by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In this paper,A supervision company as an example,through the investigation of company's human resources environment and the analysis of existing problems,the propose of harmonious management of human resource and construction of harmonious management system are studied which can provide a new way of recognition and scientific method for the perfection of human resource management in A supervision company.
