| In recent years,the application of strategic management theory and resources based view(RBV)in the human resource management research field,furthers the importance of human resources,and expands the study area of human resources management.Thus,the research of the relationship between human resources management and firm performance becomes focus in academic area and business sector.Meanwhile,researchers have also invested a great deal of interest and enthusiasm in this area,and the research results in this area have also been presented in a range of special issues of international academic journals such as Academy of Management journal,Industrial relations,and the International Journal of Human Resource Management.However,although the research of the relationship between human resource mannagement and firm performance has achieved certain results,few studies have been able to confirm the linkage between human resources management and firm performance,the linkage between them is still a "black-box".So as for this, the author considers that the traditional method of statistical research has been unable to meet the need to solve the issue,To solve it,we need to consider other methods and tools.Therefore,this study applies the structural equation model(SEM)to the research of the relationship between human resource management and firm performace.First, this study reviews the researchs in this area,and Then constructs the hypothesises and conceptual model based on the first step.Third,this paper studies the relationship between human resource mangament and firm performance exploratorily using SEM as the tool performing empirical research study.Finally,Gray Theory is used in the study of the evaluation of human resource management effectivness based on the third step.In a word,The application of SEM and Gray Theory in the research of human resource management,provides the new methods and ways for further research in this area,lays the foundation for clarifying the "black-box",and makes contribution for confirming the value-added process of the chain of human resource management in enterprises,provides the basis and foundation for enterprise evaluating its human resource management effectiveness and upgrading its human resource management. |
