The Empirical Study On The Rural Tourism Environment Bearing Capacity In The District Of Xinluo

The key of the Central Document Nol in 2015 year is to support the construction of a batch of tourist towns and villages with cultural characteristics,to speede the construction of new countryside and new towns, to increase the income of the farmers and to realize the agricultural modernization.The most important thing of the construction of the beautiful countryside and agricultural modernization is the development of the rural tourism.The sustainable development of rural tourism can not only stay in the development, but also be further to excavate its cultural connotation and expand the development without destroying the environment. Therefore, the harmony of the in-depth analysis and research of the rural tourism environmental bearing capacity and the construction of the small towns and the new countryside has important theoretical and realistic significance to the reasonable planning and the rational development.This paper takes the rural tourism in the District of Xinluo as the research object and analysis the influence factors of the rural tourism environmental bearing capacity and the existed problems in the development of the rural tourism in the District of Xinluo.This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions to the rural tourism in the District of Xinluo in the view of the current development situation which provides a theoretical basis and practical reference to the rational development of the rural tourism in the District of Xinluo. According to the experience economy theory, the stakeholder theory and the sustainable development theory, this paper design the questionnaire survey on the basis of the deep understanding of the definition of the rural tourism and the tourism environment and the tourism environmental bearing capacity and the sustainable development,which is used for understanding the tourism demand of the tourists and the perceptions of rural tourism and the consciousness of environmental protection of the local residents.This paper analys the influent factors of the rural tourism environmental bearing capacity in the District of Xinluo based on seven aspects such as the resource bearing capacity, the facilities bearing capacity of th time and the space,the ecological environmental bearing capacity, the psychological carrying capacity of the tourists, the psychological carrying capacity of the local residents and so on.Using the Delphi Method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each index system, and the 19 indicators finally which conforms to the rural tourism environmental bearing capacity in the District of Xinluo.Finally, The model of the Matter-Element Analysis is used to evaluate, and make the conclusion that the development of the rural tourism is great potential in the District of Xinluo.Six aspects of the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the results of the evaluation of the model,such as planning first and enhancing the cultural quality of rural tourism products;"Integrated marketing" and shaping tourism brand;Strengthening the human resources training; improving the level of construction and management;Strengthening the safety management in the scenic area, perfecting the laws and regulations;Playing to the government leading role, strengthening the construction of environment and so on.
