Liaoning province has been discussed as anexample, the city integrated environmental bearing capacity evaluation index systemhas been established combining with the characteristics of Liaoning province. Theurban comprehensive bearing capacity model is used by the state space method. Thesituations of the urban comprehensive bearing capacity and the practical bearingcapacity have been studies about Liaoning province from2000to2009to judgewhether the actual bearing capacity overloaded. The econometric model has beencreated by using the method of multivariate statistical analysis to evaluateenvironment bearing rate in Liaoning province nearly10years. And then the overall strategy of sustainable development is raised about Liaoning province economicdevelopment and environmental protection.
