Research On Evaluation Of Eco-Tourism Environmental Bearing Capacity In Qiandongnan Miao And Dong Autonomous Prefecture

Along with the rise of Ecotourism and the tourism industry's unprecedented prosperity, various kinds of negative effects have begun to appear and gradually demonstrate their enormous potential threat, including the overexploitation of the tourist resources, the extensive management of the scenic spot, the morbid expansion of the construction of travel facilities and the severe deterioration of the environmental quality. All these are threatening the sustainable development of tourist industry and tourist region in various degrees. With the realization of the concept of sustainable development among people, in order to achieve sustainable development of the tourism, as an important founding for the tourism environment, the environmental bearing capacity of eco-tourism is becoming one of hot research areas both in domestic and foreign countries in recent years.At first, Tourism, environment and their relations are expounded, and the state of tourism environmental bearing capacity of eco-tourism is reviewed thoroughly. Based on analyzing the influence between tourist development and tourism environmental system, which points tourism environmental carrying capacity is the comprehensive embodiment of natural, social and economic environmental carrying capacity, not merely how much tourists held by tourist region. Corresponding research contents and qualification system are presented in light of the concepts.Choose four typical view points of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture from ten counties, appraise and analyze the environmental carrying capacity of Wu-yang-he, Yang-a-sha lake, Ba-la-he-xiao-dan-jiang and Li-cong-rong.It proved that the tourism environment carrying capacity of Wu-yang-he view point and Yang-a-sha lake got off to I level, their tourism develop lay in sustainable development stage, the Li-cong-rong view point and Ba-la-he-xiao-dan-jiang are in II level, their tourism get off to sustainable development stage too. The result of appraising approaches to the practice research. It is obvious that comprehensive evaluation of the tourism carrying capacity of a region by the matter element model is feasible and provides an easy way for computer programming.On the other hand, the method provides more objective basis for making short-term and long-term planning for the exploitation and protection of tourist resources, and makes a foundation for the tourism management and the regional tourism sustainable development. It was also demonstrated that the model could be offer the optimization of social-economic development and environment protection on tourist regions, and direct the tourist planning and management efficiency, and provide definite references and ways for tourism sustainable development research in the future.
