Research Of The Risk Assessment And Controlling In E-HR Construction Phase

Internet information technology’s rapid development accelerates other related industries’ internet information revolution which leads to managing promotion as well. As one of the performances of managing promotion is making managing and internet information into a new and more effective managerial method, the process is described as management informatization(electronic management or e-management).which process human resource management is being underwent,after which human resource management becomes electroic human resource management,that is e-HR.e-HR can be not merely a totally new human resource managerial idea to be adopted,but a managerial method with distinctive timefeatures,effevtiveness,practicality and management effiecientness.More and more entreprises,right under these circumstances,start to take actions of human resouece management informatization.In general,e-HR construction gets several aspects involved,covers a couple of specific phases.So,how to carry out an e-HR project effectively and successfully becomes,of course,the focus of those enterprises or e-HR project staff.However,compared with other ERP projects and BPR projcts,e-HR projects are in small scale in general.People do not take risk controlling seriously.Being unware of risk controlling in construction phase and lacking of standard,systematic,rigorous risk controlling measures make risk break out in use phase.This paper is aimed to identify and assess risk in e-HR project in constrction phase with countermeasures recommended.It would be very conductive and practical.It devides e-HR project into two parts:one construction phase,the other use phase in this text and dose researches in risk of construction phase.This study consider human resource management informatization a dynamic and cycling process:construction phase-use phase-construction phase….So focusing on the risk of the constrction phase will not accomplish at one stoke.The construction phase includes,nevertheless,not only the inplement phase,but also the planning&designingphase in earlier stage.With deep analysis and researching of the presently existing literatures, this text discusses how to identify risk during the e-HR construction process with work structure decomposition method,then strcutures the preliminary risk assessment system,maks it a final one with Delphi technique method and expert investigation method being used.And then it sets the weight of these indexes and devides grades of these indexes.Test the risk assess model with a practical example. At last,risk management suggestions will be given on the basis of some risk controlling therories.
