Human resource management is a source of the power for development ofenterprises and the fundamental guarantee for sustainable development of enterprises.In recent years, first,construction enterprises is facing tremendous pressures andchallenges.Second,human resource management is booming in field of engineering.Third, human resource management risk awareness in construction enterprises isweak.And as a consequence,it is urgent to solve related issues on risk identificationand risk assessment of human resource management in construction enterprises.This article has focused on risk identification and risk assessment of humanresource management in construction enterprises.First of all, according to theory ofhuman resource management and theory of risk management,on the basis of reasonanalysis in construction Enterprise human resources management risk,we tried to useFlowchart analysis method to make identification for risk in human resourcemanagement,defined construction enterprise human resources management in terms ofrecruitment and hiring, training and development, use and management, appraisal andevaluation four stages,made identification and analysis of 18 kinds of risk events andrisk factors,and used Risk matrix method to make further risk assessments and riskrating.What is more,we applied risk identification and risk assessment methods ofhuman resource management in the case of some construction enterprise inGuangdong Province.Last but not least,we suggest a few control countermeasurestowards these risks in order to promote the healthy development of human resourcemanagement in construction enterprises.This article points out that human resource management in constructionenterprises will have a certain degree of risk.To study how to effectively identify andevaluate these risks in order to avoid these risks for the construction enterprises is ofgreat practical and theoretical significance.Trying Flowchart analysis method toidentify the risks of human resource management enables the idendification processmore systematic and procedural and identification of risk events and risk factors morereasonable and clarified.The risk assessment methods used in further risk assessmentsand risk rating is based on Risk matrix method,which achieves a combination ofqualitative and quantitative and recognizes a number of specific critical risk so as tohelp further focus control in construction enterprises.Practical case shows that the selected method of small volumes of data,strong systematicness and simple process issuitable for risk assessment of human resource management in constructionenterprises.
