Research On The Human Resource Outsouring Risk Of HL Company

Human resource outsourcing(HRO)is a new type of management mode,which has played a more and more important role in enterprise operation.This new type of management mode can help the enterprise to improve competitive advantage in the market.According to their own situations,the enterprises outsource some or a few human resource management activities,which belong to the human resource management function of the enterprises,to other professional human resource service provider or group management by paying for the service provided by the latter.It can cause the human resource management within the enterprise to specilize,reduce labor costs and achieve maximum benefit.Although the importance of HRO in our country has been realized,the relative theory lags behind the practice and the perfect regulations are still lack,which may result in various types of market risks when the enterprises outsource their human resource management.As the enterprise is concerned,the key is to identify and analyze the risks existing in various stages of the HRO and put forward the relevant security measures.With HL company as an example,this paper systematically studies the risks existing in human resource management outsourcing and the corresponding solutions by analyzing the risks of HRO in the implementation process and the countermeasures.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,we give a quantitative and qualitative analysis on the outsourcing risks,which provides a basis for whether or not the business decision-makers choose the outsourcing and choose a certain outsourcing firm.It can reduce the risks from human resource management outsourcing decision as well as the outsourcing firm and has reference meaning to the development of modern enterprise.
