With the continuous development of modern forestry, forestry ecological engineering construction play a more and more important role, and the comprehensive benefit evaluation research work becomes urgent and important.China is one of the world’s schistosomiasis diasasters serious countries, the spread of schistosomiasis pose a serious threat to people’s life health, at the same time hinders economic prosperity and social harmony.Starting in the 1990 s, a number of forestry experts represented by professor Peng Zhenhua in scientific research and practice on the basis of this paper puts forward the basic idea of inhibiting the growth of snails through afforestation, the goal of prevention will exterminate snail and the construction of forestry ecological engineering, good results have been achieved, forestry lake project in the country.In anhui province is China’s earliest provinces of the construction of the lake forest, to see whether lake forest construction could achieve the expected benefits, in this paper, the actual situation of the construction of the forest of lake in anhui province has carried on the detailed investigation and understanding, and on this basis for the scientific and reasonable evaluation of comprehensive benefit.This paper describes the construction background, development process and status quo of Schistosomiasis Prevention Forest in anhui province in the aspect of engineering construction situation in detail, emphasising on the introduction of the present construction of the forest.Th.en based on the theory of ecological economics, follow the principle of systematic, comprehensive, integrated use of the method of literature research, expert advice, such as building the lake forest comprehensive benefit evaluation index system, the index system by the target layer, state layer and index layer of three levels, including the ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit of three aspects including 10 indicators, and benefit analysis of each index, from the perspective of qualitative description the comprehensive benefit of lake forest construction in anhui province.Then, on the basis of the established evaluation index system, selection of anqing city as an example for the empirical analysis, by collecting relevant data, the integrated use of substitute market method and simulation methods of marketing and direct marketing of anqing city comprehensive benefit evaluation of the construction of the lake forest, results show that the lake forest comprehensive benefits of the construction of anqing city reached RMB 1.1354644 billion per year, benefit levels overall is good, the comprehensive benefit of social benefit proportion is the largest, ecological benefit, economic benefit a minimum proportion.Finally combining with the actual situation of lake forest construction and comprehensive benefit evaluation results of lake forest construction in anhui province puts forward some Suggestions, in order to further develop lake forest construction and provide guidance to improve the comprehensive benefit level.
