With the further deepening of the concept of sustainable development, the topic about ecology benefits of woodland is valued by more and more people. From the existing research,we can know that the existing system of forest ecology benefits assessment cannot measurement the benefits of forest completely, but it still can make people realize that the value of forest land in addition to providing material products. It has great significance for re-understanding the forest resources. The comprehensive development and utilization of low hills and gentle slope project in Yunnan Province occupy woodland led the loss of forest ecological benefit, and also exacerbated the damage of the surrounding ecological environment. In order to accurately reflect the ecological benefits of occupied forest land, and establish a set of comprehensive evaluation model of forest ecological benefit, which can provide technical support and important reference for the development and construction project decision-making and ecological environment protection.Based on the relevant research results both at home and abroad, this paper uses relevant knowledge to construct the evaluation system of forest land, and get the research conclusions as follows:?1?The ecological benefit evaluation system of occupied forest land in this paper mainly includes five parts: the value loss of water conservation, soil conservation, carbon fixation and oxygen release, accumulation of nutrients and air purification.Among them, the water conservation mainly refers to the regulation of water resources and improves the value of water quality;the soil conservation mainly refers to the soil-fixation and fertilizer conservation;carbon fixation and oxygen release includes carbon dioxide absorbent and oxygen release;accumulation of nutrients refers to the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients in the forest value;air purification including forest absorption of pollutants and dust.?2?This paper constructs a set of evaluation system which is suitable for the development of construction projects and can accurately reflect the ecological benefits of forest land.According to the mature ecological benefit evaluation methods and models at home and abroad, quantitative evaluation and development Construction of ecological benefits of occupied forest land.?3?The results show that the total area of forest land occupied by the four development and construction projects is 583.18 hectares, the value of water conservation is 4298.0072 million· ?-1,the soil conservation benefit is 1639.6898 million· ?-1,the benefit value of carbon fixation and oxygen release is 497.5335 million· ?-1,the value of accumulation of nutrients is23.6338 million· ?-1,the value of purified air is 164.1185million· ?-1.The value of water conservation and carbon fixation and oxygen release accounted for 93.96% of the total ecological value, which is the main function value of forest land.?4?In view of the loss of ecological benefits of the development and construction projects, the relevant protective measures are put forward to reduce the ecological losses and to protect the ecological environment.
