Management methods and measures vary in different companies. The managers in the quest for the organization through the introduction and implementation of advanced management concepts or systems to improve operational efficiency, market competitiveness, and employee performance. Performance management play as a guide role to improving the enterprise performance. The comprehensive and integrated performance management enables the organizational performance and individual performance. In this paper, we study on the A company, which is a speed company focusing on marketing center. We investigated performance management of the marketing center in A company using literature search, field surveys and other methods. We redesign the performance management for A company in 2015 base on theoretical knowledge of performance management(including objective management, key performance indicators and other methods). The program could focus on assessing performance indicators and process indicators simultaneously, but also pay special attention to the integrity of the assessment process. A comprehensive performance management system comprise the systemic and circularity of five parts inducing performance planning, performance managing, performance appraisal, performance feedback, and performance application. Meanwhile, we communicated with the employees in A company marketing center and adopted their suggestions.It is hopeful to achieve annual strategic objectives and improve the staff performance in A company by implementing this program. Moreover, planning on improving the performance management in marketing center of A company is a benign exploration n modern enterprise management. We tried to make the program adjusting the the performance management system in market economic conditions. It is worth of promoting to ensure that different marketing centers can use the experience of A company for reference.
