The current economy is great change?with the Chinese made 2025 of the proposed industrial restructuring has entered "the deep water area". as one of the world famous information service providers, Fujian Hong'an company is committed to the continued technological creation and technological innovation to create value for customers,and through the unremittingly and common development with customers to achieve service performance breakthrough, and achieve core competitiveness and the formation of competitive advantage.Fujian Hong An company's marketing performance is the key to measure the success or failure of the enterprise.from the creation of value for customers and achieve win-win strategy, the author implement the "customer oriented", analysis of the characteristics of customers and marketing behavior, combined with the unique management process of the information service of the leading enterprise, draw Hongan marketing performance evaluation system design, perfect communication and feedback mechanism to smooth and complete operation, so as to deepen customer value-added services, enhance the core competitiveness of the company.There are six chapters in this paper. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the author's selected topic and research, and expounds the related research and the content of this article. The second chapter is an overview of the relevant theoretical research, marketing theory and performance evaluation related theory, methods and so on, for the following research provides a full research theory. The third chapter is the current situation and problems of the marketing performance evaluation of Fujian Hong An company. It mainly analyzes the characteristics of the marketing service and the present situation of the performance evaluation in Fujian, and points out the problems existing in the performance evaluation. Design of marketing performance evaluation system of Fujian Hong'an company the fourth chapter is the analysis from the customer oriented, customer oriented, combining the balanced scorecard framework structure design, draw Hongan evaluation index system of marketing performance, and how to do the performance feedback and improvement are discussed, forming a system of marketing performance evaluation system for Hongan company to the customer oriented.
