We will accelerate the cultivation of new agricultural management system, clearly define the fundamental status of family management in agriculture. The United States, France, Japan and other countries’ experience and the typical successful practice family farms in Shanghai songjiang, Jilin yanbian and Anhui langli prove that family farm is an effective organization form to adapt to the modern agricultural production.Based on the theory of enterprise development and under the guidance of the development of the United States, France, Japans’ family farm and Shanghai songjiang, jilin yanbian and Anhui langxis’ typical forms in China proves that the family farm’s success own to their own superiority and the support of local government. On the basis of System theory, this paper analysis the family farms’ hierarchy, subjectivity, main body adaptability characteristics of family farm system. Build the influence of hierarchical structure model of the development of the family farm based on the analytic hierarchy process index system and explore the influence of d detail breakdown and calculate the weight.
