Studying On Construction Management Of Petrochemical Plant Shut-Down Maintenance Project

Continuous production of petrochemical plant and production process, medium with high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, corrosive and toxic industry characteristics, those determine the importance of construction management of petrochemical plant shut-down maintenance project. Unit maintenance due to the maintenance content, tight schedule, high quality requirements, types and process, restricted by environment and climate conditions, which determines the petrochemical unit overhaul the complexity and danger. Therefore, the construction management of petrochemical plant shut-down maintenance in-depth study is very significative.This paper first gives a brief review of characteristics of petrochemical unit shutdown overhaul project and maintenance construction management, and aiming at the characteristics of petrochemical unit shutdown overhaul project put forward the content and task of maintenance project construction management. Then, on the project management and the characteristics of petrochemical unit shutdown overhaul project, combined with the analysis of the investigation, data access, its practical management experience, from the project construction management mode, the project construction safety management, construction quality management, project construction schedule management, cost management of construction project, and contractor management, summarizes the current main problems of petrochemical unit shutdown maintenance project in construction management, and these problems are summarized and analyzed, finally put forward a series of measures, to effectively solve the shutdown overhaul project construction management problems. Then taking zhenhai petrochemical jianan engineering co., ltd. large-scale multiple sets of refinery overhaul project construction management as an example, in case the practical way, proposed one kind of overhaul project construction management reference model for construction enterprises.At last, a summary of this paper and the future research topics are discussed.
