The aim is to find deficiencies of the company in the overhaul maintenance through analyzing the main questions that exist in the overhaul management at present; In view of these questions, the thesis proposes the assumptions of the specific approaches to"management by respective projects"after the analysis and the research, These assumptions and measures through the practical examination on 7 # Unit B-level maintenance has enhanced the overhaul quality, shortened the time limit for a project and improved the company's overhaul management level.
