The Study Of Project Management Of Generate Equipments In Liaocheng Power Plant

There are 2×600MW sub-critical large-scale generating units in Shandong Guodian Liaocheng Power Generation Co.Ltd.Overhaul of these two units involves lots of complicated items,such as human resource,material resources and financial resources etc.It is of great potential in optimizing overhaul project management.This paper describes the conventional theory of project management in producing and managing,and then analyzes process and status in overhaul project management of large-scale generator units and finds out differences compared with similar foreign overhaul project management in power plants.The effecting of process control constraint to the entire overhaul project is researched through analyzing the quality control and cost control in the whole overhaul project based on mathematical model.Management standard and calculating model in overhaul project of power plants is established in this paper.Accordingly we can surely raise level of overhaul project management in power plants.Also it will make schedule and quality of overhaul project controllable,controlled and controlling.
