| At present,600MW thermal power generation uinit has become the main power generating units in the power system of China,it has large capacity,good economy,high efficiency advantages,but it will also bring some negative influence to the safe operation of power grid when it is in maintenance.How to shorten the maintenance period as soon as possible is not only the inherent requirements of power enterprises but also the external needs to maintain the stability and safety of power grid.Now Gantt chart,network management and other traditional planning techniques are still used in most of China’s power enterprises with a disadvantage without considering material recourse,human resource,the chance of unexpected accident and other factors,which make the estimation of maintenance period is too conservative.So it will cause a big gap between the budget and the actual duration of time,maintenance costs often exceed the budget.Thus power enterprises can not achieve effective maintenance effect by shortening maintenance period and controlling the budget.For the 600MW unit power plant,maintenance means that losing power generation of about 10 million kwh,reducing the income of about 5 million yuan.Facing the huge economic losses caused by the maintenance,electric power enterprises must use the relevant physical good project management theory,accurately grasp and control the required maintenance time to ensure the maintenance can be completed in the shortest possible time,gain more profits for generation enterprises,which will make enterprises get more favorable position in the fierce competition of the market.This paper mainly completes the summary work about the basic theory of project management,analyzes the problems in the 600MW unit maintenance.It also introduces the preparation and arrangement of the factory overhaul project schedule about a maintenance project of Datang panshang power plant,focuses on how to use the technology of Shrinkage method and parallel operation key working procedure duration compression to achieve the optimization and adjustment of the Datang Panshan Power plant overhaul project schedule,focuses on the analysis of the main factors of influencing the progress of the overhaul.Maintenance schedule control goals are achieved by using overhaul schedule control methods,and earned value method was used to verify the results.In this paper,the maintenance period of Datang Panshan Power Plant Overhaul Project is shortened by the use of project management theory,the related knowledge and the scientific allocation of resources,a good economic benefits are created for enterprises.At the same time it provides some guidance and reference for the maintenance of similar units. |
