The Research Of HuangPu Power Plant 300MW Overhaul Project Quality Management

Quality management of overhaul in thermal power plant is a complicated system engineering, which involves many management works, such as personnel, material, machinery, method, technology, circumstances etc. Much information needs to be coped with. It is difficult for traditional way to deal with. Based on research to basic method and theory of overhaul quality control in thermal power plant, integrating overhaul instances, this article propose some issues of quality control. Then the result of overhaul quality control, in which overhaul standardization as masterstroke and applying model of overhaul work file-package and TQM theory standardization management, is verified. The proposed method of quality control is exercisable and practical, which can give assistant to construction and construction supervision company at quality control process.
