| Shandong Shida Shenghua chemical group is a medium-sized company with 13 sets of production equipment. During the overhaul project of these equipments, the order of the completion of each device should be different because of the different characteristics and maintenance cycle of each device, and the strong correlation between each unit. The overhaul should proceed based on the overall situation, and the maintenance schedule of each device should be arranged reasonably. The maintenance of any device must be completed in accordance with the established schedule, which requires a scientific maintenance organization. In the past overhaul project, various factors often caused maintenance schedule delay, disqualification, uncontrolled cost and risk.Based on the study of domestic and foreign advanced project management experience, the use of project management and risk management theory, to study the Shida Shenghua chemical group overhaul project, found a suitable pattern of overhaul project management for the group, and solve the problems existing in the project.In this study we found that we could analyse the organization, progress, quality, cost and risk of the overhaul project by using functional organization structure, gantt chart, earned value analysis, preliminary hazard analysis, which came from the theory of project management and risk management, find out current problems during the overhaul project of Shandong Shida Shenghua chemical group, put forward the new target design, and provide reference basis to other similar companies. |
