The Planning Study Of Yantai Coastal Tourist Resort

With the development of urbanization in our country and the grand strategy of Shandong peninsula "blue economic zone" being raesed, Yantai as an important coastal city of Shandong and even the whole country, is facing the unprecedented opportunity. Yantai has abundant Marine resources, coastal tourism has developed rapidly, therefore, this article takes Yantai seaside tourism resort area as the research object, the existing problems and development of Yantai seaside tourism resort were studied.First of all, the paper expounds the research purpose and significance, has been clear about the research methods and technical route;Secondly, the paper defines the basic concepts, cards the theory related to tourism, and the domestic and foreign related research literature related to coastal resort is reviewed;Again, a survey has been carried out on the Yantai coastal tourism resort, and analyzes its existing problems;Finally, based on the experience of the domestic successful cases, from site selection, land use, function partition and so on seven aspects put forward the planning strategy of Yantai seaside tourism resort development.
