Research On Risk Management Of Resort Complex In Coastal Cities

Against the backdrop of the rapid development of China’s economic,social,and industrial structural transformation,the rise of tourism reflects the basic value orientation of sustainable tourism development,and tourism economy is gradually becoming an important force to promote economic development.China’s coastal cities have uniquely rich tourism resources and policy support,where tourism industry has developed rapidly in recent years and has played a huge role and value in helping the city’s economic transformation,social change,and cultural reconstruction.Even during the hard-hit period of the COVID-19 epidemic,according to the statistics of the 2020 "China Marine Economy Statistical Bulletin" and the 2021 "Cultural and Tourism Development Statistical Bulletin",the tertiary industry accounts for 61.7% of the total marine production value,and tourism in eastern China.The industry output value accounts for 46.5% of the total tourism output and has become an important support point for the development of my country’s tourism industry.The development strength of the coastal tourism industry is evident.In the new round of tourism development,how to give full play to the potential of tourism resources,improve the quality of coastal tourism products,realize the upgrading of tourism industry,and coordinated regional development,and pay attention to risk management in the process has become a key issue.The research on risk management of resort complexes in coastal cities plays an important role in the overall pattern of tourism resources.In-depth exploration of the scientific utilization,in-depth development and risk management of the coastal city resort complex is an important resource guarantee for the sustainable development of coastal tourism and provides a scientific basis for the overall utilization strategy of coastal tourism resources.In recent years,consumption concepts,policy support,and technological change have promoted the rapid development of resort complexes in coastal cities,and various resort complexes have emerged in an endless stream.Among them,coastal city resort complex is a relatively new concept,which not only integrates the planning and economic characteristics of coastal cities,but also has the characteristics of traditional resort complexes.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper starts from the perspective of risk management of coastal city resort complexes,guided by related theories of risk management and tourism,and combines important factors and variables in the development process of coastal city resort complexes,including land economy,industry structure,and development model.The tourism resources of coastal city resort complexes are systematically analyzed with literature analysis,case analysis,survey research,qualitative analysis,and other combined methods.Discussion and research will be conducted on the food industry and economic risks,natural and cultural conditions risks,public security and fire risks,sanitation and accommodation risks,extreme climate risks,and traffic route risks in coastal city resort complexes,these risks were made a horizontal comparative analysis of with the operation of coastal cities taking A Square as an example.It also puts forward the corresponding clear market division and market positioning,improving the service level of resort complexes,improving the prevention of operational risks caused by natural conditions,and strengthening the prevention of human conflicts that may be caused by the human conditions of residents,improve the ability to resist public security and fire risks,increase corresponding investment,strengthen the management and control of potential food and health risks,promote the construction of accommodation industry associations in coastal cities,increase investment in extreme weather forecasts,establish a modern and efficient traffic monitoring system,and improve the self-correction and self-inspection ability of the project risk can solve the problem,provide scientific guidance for the sustainable utilization of coastal urban resort complexes,and hope to drive the development of coastal urban resort complexes to achieve new breakthroughs.This paper discusses the positive role played by the coastal city resort complex as an emerging large-scale economic center in urban development and its anchor function in the process of urban tourism resource integration from the perspective of the scale of the operating mechanism and the management framework.This paper studies the systematic research methods involving risk perception and emotional value of the coastal city resort complex taking A Square as an example,as well as various measures in risk control and risk response.This not only provides ideas for the sustainable development of Plaza A and its similar resort complexes,but also provides references for certain mathematical analysis methods and the determination of variables and indicators for similar studies.The risk prediction and management methods proposed in this paper not only provide methods and ideas for the risk management of major tourism projects,but also provide a reference for future scholars to study the operational risk management of coastal city resort complexes.And a certain degree of combing and summarization of relevant literature materials,which provides certain theoretical support for the relevant government departments to avoid various risks correctly and effectively in the decision-making process of realizing the win-win development process of the coastal city resort complex,local tourism,and urban economy.
