The arriving of knowledge economy, the globalizing of market competition, and the opening of financial market in China, make the knowledge to be an important factor for the survival and development of a bank As the carrier of knowledge, human resources has become an important resources. The sustainable development of human resources is needed to be focused in the initial stage of human resource management. Namely, human resource planning is an important part of human resource management for commercial bank. This is not only related to the stability between requirement and staffing, but also the long-term development to realize the strategic targets. At present,human resources planning of commercial banks in China is not ideal, which shows short-term decision-making behaviors, bigger management risks. Therefore, the study about human resources planning of commercial bank has real practical significance.Based on the related theories of human resource planning, and focused on BH bank, on the one hand,this paper recognized and analyzed the current problems existing in BH bank, and found that BH bank is lack of scientific human resources planning andunderstanding of the importance of staff career planning,and talent flow mechanism is imperfect, and the function of human resource management information system (HRMS) is also loss.On the other hand,based on the rich human resources management theory, this paper analyzed the current human resource supply and demand situation which based on the data ofactual demand and supply capacity from 2011-2013 in BH bank. Through supply capacity analysis, cost analysis and linear regression analysis, this paper forecasted and analyzed the demand and supply of employees in BH bank from 2015-2017, and put forward the corresponding method of supply and demand balance.In this paper, the whole can be divided into six parts.Among them, the first chapter includes the research background of the reality and theory, main research contents and methods of this article. The second chapter is mainly about theory review, which summed up the current the existing theory of human resource planning, and situation of commercial bank human resources in China’s characteristics.The third chapter objectively described current interior and exterior environment of human resource planning in BH bank and analyzed the demands of employees and the structure of human resources, and then summarized the potential problems. The fourth chapter, using a variety of analysis prediction methods, analyzed and forecasted the supply and demand of employees situation from 2015 to 2017 and proposed the corresponding balance strategy.The fifth chapter, combined with BH bank problems existing in the current human resources planning.Thesisth chapter, developed the scheme of human resources planning for BH bank, which included four important safeguards from cognitive, organization, system and human resource management information system.
