In recent years, due to the state-owned enterprise reform, the old system of alternating process, many resource-based central enterprises encountered unprecedented difficulties, oilfield efficiency has been declining, losses, many companies had to take layoffs, paid labor relations, buyouts and other measures. In summary, many reasons led to a large number of oil companies brain drain. From Survey found that the phenomenon of resource-based central rate of brain drain has become increasingly serious, therefore, how to establish a scientific and effective talent management mechanisms to attract talent and retain qualified personnel, has become a very urgent research topic.Therefore, this article as a starting point, the case data logging from Bohai Drilling Company survey was to analyze the status quo of China’s oil companies brain drain, find the main factors affecting the brain drain and to explore oil companies effectively retain talent, control personnel loss methods and strategies proposed professional countermeasures and suggestions for corporate human resources management, Bohai Drilling logging company’s survival and development advice. I hope the integrated use of management knowledge learned, and learn from the advanced experience curb the brain drain of similar enterprises, management proposed a suitable logging in Bohai Drilling Company.Based on a review of the theory, analyzes the current status of Bohai Drilling logging company’s human resource management, and further discussed the situation of brain drain, active approach to business management theory with practical application of enterprises combined together, this study broadens in the field of business management, business management enriched case, especially older employees will study business management position in the industry for such a large group on Haimaigete businesses, expanding the scope of the study. At the same time, this research will also help the managers at all levels Haimaigete, establish a scientific concept in business management, to develop an appropriate management methods, making it more scientific and effective management philosophy.After elaborate with specific cases, for the status quo Bohai Drilling logging company’s corporate management and the main problems, put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improvement, the pay system and want to build a suitable enterprise employees loss warning system, the implementation of enterprise talent career management, standardize corporate human resources development and management system in order to strengthen the system of supervision, standardize performance evaluation based, strengthen human resources management in the presence of weak links, the development prospects of the establishment of enterprises starting to add some incentives, effective and stable workforce, strengthening human resource management methods, improve oversight functions, to solve the problem of the loss of a large number of service workers, starting from increased management efforts to achieve human resource management, corporate culture, employee turnover control, and many other practical operation, in order to realization of human resources shared between the various operating units, and further revitalize the labor stock, promote faster and better development of the company.
