Research On Schedule Plan And Control Of Thailand Locomotives Development Project Of CSR Qishuyan Locomotive Co. LTD

This thesis is based on the locomotive exported to Thailand project of the CSR Qishuyan Locomotive Co. Ltd. as a research object, it is a research and development and manufacturing project. According to the project schedule management theory to research on schedule plan and control of Thailand locomotive development project, and combines with the company’s management practice and project implementation process. Eventually, make the Thailand locomotive development project successfully completed according to the plan period. At the same time, it also can provide an example and reference for the future similar projects, and has good practical significance.The thesis is divided into six parts:In the first chapter, mainly discusses Project management research situation at home and abroad, and the research background of the project, and methods, significance, content, way of thinking, etc of the research. In the second chapter, discusses the theory and method of project management, systematically expounds the theory and the method of related the types, objective, tools, the planning process of project schedule plan, and processes, types, dynamic monitoring of project schedule control. In the third chapter, first of all, describes the present situation of the company and analyses the competitive environment. And then analyses the problems and causes of project schedule planning and control. In the fourth chapter, firstly, analyses the works of the Thailand locomotive development project in the progress plan and control, combined with Thailand locomotive development project and the company’s existing problems. Then introduce the whole process of the project schedule planning.
