Organizational Communication Research Of Modern Agricultural Technology Extension System

At present, China has basically formed a government led, joint participation in agricultural colleges and universities, research institutes, agricultural enterprises, farmers professional cooperative organization of modern agricultural technology extension system.This article mainly analysis of China’s modern agricultural technology extension system from the aspects of organizational structure, organizational system, management mode, organization, organization communication effect. The purpose is to increase the efficiency and coverage rate of agricultural extension, promote development of agricultural technologies and the agricultural structure strategy adjustment, and adapt the competition of domestic and foreign markets.The author utilized the field operation of survey to investigate and analyze the government departments of Hebi city and companies and cooperative organization of representative corn industry, integrating with communication science, sociology, management and agronomy, in order to verifying the functions in agricultural technologies extension system for corn.This research are divided into five sectionsThe first section is introduction, including the purpose, effect, methods, research status and theoretical basis.The second section introduces the modern agricultural technologies extension systems dominated by governments, agricultural colleges, research institutions, companies and cooperative organizations from the aspect of main body of communication.The third section introduces the communicating conditions of agricultural technologies extension systems for corn industry of Hebi city from the aspects of government, companies and cooperative organizations.The forth section provides some of suggestions to improve the modern agricultural technologies extension systems.
