Metallurgical industry is an important part of China’s modern industry, is an importantbasic industry of the national economy, but also for China’s socialist modernization, thedevelopment of the national economy, science and technology, industrial structureadjustment and upgrading has very important significance. However, due to themetallurgical industry own unique characteristics of the industry, making it moreprominent on the safety issues, the greater the probability of production safety accidentsthan other general industries, higher frequency, so, in order to reverse the securitysituation, the state vigorously Metallurgical Industry and Trade standardization ofproduction safety and other enterprises, and enterprises above the scale required standardsmust be implemented before the end of2013.In recent years, TY steel companies have been expanding as the year of production, equipment and facilities, innovation, technology continues to progress, the degree ofindustrial automation significantly improved the company’s existing safety education andtraining, safety rules, safety ratings, security checks as the main content safetymanagement model is difficult to play a role, and then on the company’s current productionsafety management put forward higher requirements, so how vigorous promotion trendsand opportunities metallurgical industry and trade enterprises standardization of productionsafety, how to build from scratch in the country and effective implementation of safetystandards system, and how the company ’s people, machines, materials, production of thering is in good condition, and continuous improvement, became the focus of this study. This article will use the safe production of standardized modern management tools tosolve this problem the company faces. First describes the research enterprise security steelproduction management background, the present situation of production safetystandardization carried out a detailed analysis and define the standards, standardization, safety standards, safety standards and safety standardization and related concepts andtheories. Secondly, the paper TY steel company profile to make carding, and analyzed thecurrent situation from the production management, organization, production and operatingenvironment, production equipment and facilities, safety education and training and on-sitefacilities such as safety hazards status of safety equipment company, and then, furtherinvestigation and analysis of the problems and cause analysis. Third, in the cause of theaccident, PDCA theory and the " Basic norms for work safety standardization of enterprises(AQ/T9006-2010)" guidance, fully integrated with the actual situation TY steelcompany, according to the PDCA model through preparation, education and training, thestatus quo carding, planning and establishment of standards and revision stage TYcompany safety standards, and to ensure the effective implementation of the companysafety standards, according to the preparation, implementation, supervision and inspectionand improvement and gradual development stage to achieve improved standards provideimplementation protection. Finally, through the establishment and implementation of TYSteel production safety standards and the use of survey data analysis methods wereevaluated for effectiveness, to achieve a decline from the first half of last year, the lowestrate of accidents thousand wounded4‰to1.7‰, and access to the safety standardizationtwo certificates and plaques, leading to the conclusion that this is a perfect TY steelproduction safety standards, which regulate the operations staff, improve the workingenvironment of the scene, equipment and facilities to improve the safety factor, thusimproving the TY company’s safety management level, to achieve a safe and efficientoperations.
