The stable, healthy operation anddevelopment of commercial banks relates to the lots of aspects. At present, the worldis undergoing the era after the international financial crisis, various factors arecomplex and fast-changing. For domestic commercial banks, pressure is double:First,we need to face global economic pattern and financial system of constantlychanges development of pressure; Second, we need to face domestic financial reformof constantly deepening, interest rate of full marketing,"financial off vector",consumers of G-Bank requires constantly improved service quality, and our reformentered a difficulties district by produces of national economy downward, variouspressure and problem. In response to the new situation and new changes in theprocess, the risk control of G-Bank is effective, the structural is optimization, theoperational risk loss is significantly reduced in frequency and in the amount of losson overall. But we can’t deny, from the microscopic point of view, due to the weakinternal controls, internal employee misconduct or failure of internal fraud violationsas a result of operational risk events are still repeated, and look at it from a macrolevel, construct perfect system of operational risk management of G-Banks, as wellas during the execution of the implementation of the system, there are still factorsneed to be strengthened and enhanced.Against this background, this paper seeks through the theory of internal controland operational risk management and comprehensive analysis of the literature,digging and elaborated the consistency and relevance between internal control andoperational risk management. And the author believing that effective responses toproblems in operational risk management is constructing a sound internal controlsystem.Based on the above analysis of theoretical studies and literature, combinationthe object status of G-Bank management, the study on the angle of G-Bank’s internalcontrol conducted a in-depth analysis of the operational risk issues. First, this usedspecification research of method on collection to of operation risk loss data for different angle of quantitative analysis and contrast analysis; second, for operationrisk problem from internal control angle for has qualitative analysis; last accordingto the research before, recommended that perfect internal control environmentconstruction, perfect operation risk of recognition, assessment, and processingmechanism, perfect internal control activities, improve the information-sharing andfeedback mechanisms and strengthening bank supervision and evaluationmechanism for internal control management. |
