Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) is a new type of financial management model, inorder to the enterprise to realize the centralization of the accounting business and streamlineprocessing. To achieve the purpose of saving the cost of human resources, BS Company buildFSSC for integrate enterprise resources, unified financial accounting process and to avoidrepeated labor. Through business process and system resources, releasing human resources onthe core business, so that FSSC supports the development of the enterprise strategy and finallyimprove core competitiveness of enterprise.Based on the process building and daily operation of BS FSSC, this thesis analyses andresearches by the following three parts:The first part, the situations of BS FSSC building. Introduced the BS company generalsituations as well as the industry background. Describing in detail the processes of the construction ofFSSC and job setting.The second part, BS Company FSSC daily operations and management systems. Includingthe service contents, employee management system, daily business process and performanceappraisal system. Based on the analysis and researches of FSSC in daily operation management,to summarize the operational risks and results of FSSC emphatically.The third part, analysis the operating condition of FSSC and summarizes the operation risksand operating results. To put forward corrective methods and feasible suggestions. By analyzingthe advantages and disadvantages of the BS Company FSSC in the process of construction andoperation and in the view of industry and extents, delving into business processes of FSSC. Toput forward how to strengthen the enterprise core competitive ability and reduce the manpowercost, to make financial management personnel provide more additional value for the company.The main contribution of this thesis is to: On one hand, promoting BS Company perfectlybuild more advanced reasonable business process management system.
