Geographic information industry of our country grows vigorously in recent years, thegrowing market demand, the development of China’s geographic information industryprovides a good atmosphere, and also provide opportunities for the development of theenterprise, the geographic information industry output value has reached hundreds ofbillions of yuan in2012, at an annual rate of more than30%.So far,12geographic information companies across the country had been at home andabroad, there are more than50listed companies are raising. As the general office of thestate council announced the opinion "to promote the geographic information industrydevelopment, the strategic position of geographic information industry has obviously, willfoster a batch of strong, internationally competitive large enterprises and leading enterprises,cultivate a group of vibrant small and medium enterprises.ZY company as a large-scale enterprise geographic information industry, has beenhighly influential in the industry, has "hundred enterprises" title, geographic informationtechnology and brand advantages, but compared with the strong enterprises and listedcompanies in the industry there is a big gap, the gap is improper competition strategy,management does not reach the designated position, under the new policy, ZY companymust catching up, through resource integration, product positioning and marketing strategy,develop a new financing channels, improve company profitability.This paper, by using the method of empirical research in ZY company as the researchobject, select two listed companies in the industry as a comparison, mainly using financialanalysis tools and competition strategy analysis method, the ZY company nearly three yearsof calculation and analysis of financial indicators, and at the same time will be2listedcompany financial data calculated, through the analysis to compare the financial data, findout the advantages and disadvantages of the development of seeking developmentopportunities, establish scientific development strategy.
