The year, 2008, witnessed the most devastating crisis worldwide that had ever occurred during the past 30 years. With the further exacerbation of such a severe financial disaster, many financial industries and economic entities suffered a lot and suicide fairs happened frequently. What's more, quite a number of seaside enterprises even went bankrupt. The WHO once warned that the global financial crisis can result in the increase of working stress as well as the decline of job satisfaction on the part of employees. In the hope of providing effective and feasible measures to help those enterprises tackle the working stress and job satisfaction, the author of this thesis analyzes the historical material of the employees in enterprise A with the help of Cattell'16PF (16 Personality Factors) and"Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ)". Besides, the author of this thesis formulates two questionnaires of working stress and job satisfaction respectively through drawing on several certain questions of Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire. All the analysis and discussion of data needed are based on the result of the application of SPSS11.5.Through the factors analysis of the two questionnaires, the author of this thesis categorizes working stress into six factors:"superior stress";"individual stress";"job foreground stress";"job duty stress";"group stress"and"job content stress". And job satisfaction is divided into three factors"job meaning";"overall job satisfaction"and"job role".After the detailed analysis of this thesis from the perspective of the three dimensions of"employee personality","working stress"and"job satisfaction", the author of thesis finally comes to this conclusion as following:(1) The three dimensions vary according to employees'sex and position.(2) Different responses to working stress and extents of job satisfaction reflect different personalities.(3) Personalities influence the factors of working stress.(4) Personalities influence the factors of job satisfaction.(5) There is conspicuous relationship between working stress and job satisfaction.(6) The extent of the three factors of the job satisfaction can be predicted to a certain degree from the working stress.
