Competency refers to a specific organization, to sum the ability and personalityknowledge, skills, so that employees work and have goodperformance in this job.Thestatus of human resources management in the enterprise is increasingly strengthened,the function is rich in contents, the enterprise managementpersonnel competencyrequirements also gradually improve.Especially the competence of leadershipmanagement requirements in the enterprise management work is to refine onTherefore, getting a post enterprise management personnel competence talents hasbecome an important factor in the development of a enterprise. Enterprisemanagement personnel competency assessment is the key to solve the problem.Enterprise management personnel’s quality and behavior affects the overallsituation of the development process of enterprises directly.Enterprise managementpersonnel’s quality and behavior directly affects the development process of businesssituation of the features needed for management of enterpriseA present situation andthe development of the times, A enterprise development, lack of differences.In themanagement process of A enterprise problems gradually exposed, appear, the problembecomes more and more complex, prominent.In order to explore the enterpriseA management personnel to the development ofthe times,and to solve the management problems the development of enterprises,quality and features better with their positions, this thesis mainly adopts literatureanalysis, case analysis research method, panel method, fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method, for the business management personnel competency assessmentcarried out standardized research.In this paper, the point of competency analysis and study of quantized featureenterprise A management personnel will be researched.The main research contents areas follows.(1)The Analysis ofhuman resource in enterprise A and the demand for Managers.(2)Determination of enterprise A management personnel demand requirementsand being divided into some detailed index.(3)Giving the scientific index using the weighted fuzzy consistency matrix method.(4)Get the evaluation results through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.(5)Applyingthe evaluation results to other management.Based on the enterprise management research status at home and abroad, usingthe related theory combined with the selection method of competency indicators tobuild the framework of index system, the method of fuzzy consistent matrix todetermine the weight of index system, thus formed, calculate the final score finallyuse fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Create the evaluation competence model of the management staff in enterprise A,as the basis of the enterprise management and other aspects of evaluation and analysisto be used, so as to enhance the enterprise’s overall performance and competitiveness,usingfrom the human resources recruitment, staff training, performance managementand salary management and control.
