Information revolution is driving enterprises to develop towards globalization,swiftness and networking, it also promotes enterprises to possess networked modeconsists of fast response system and market requirement by updating enterprisesmanagement by using management information system. Therefore, it is an urgent taskand the only roadmap for enterprises to develop continuously at present. With takingand promoting information technology, the enterprise management and cultural ideaswill develop gradually. EPR system is an information integration platform which hasa tremendous impact on enterprises’ operation through integrated enterprisesorganization, business data and recombination of pivotal orchestration. It is also anenterprise informative management which is used widely in the world to make surethat the enterprises develop rapidly and steadily by utilizing information technology.R Group turns to a modern business Group with multi-plated and diversifiedbusiness system from single one. Traditional management gradually exposed inherentweaknesses in unified organization structure, irregularity of messaging and relativelyindependent business units, this kind management has hindered the speed of all kindsof information decisions by managers, which affects the enterprise to make decisionsand transform in fierce competition. By the deployment of ERP system, R Groupraises enterprise’s overall speed of information response rapidly, changes previouslytraditional business and management mode, improves enterprise’s overall businesscapability and management standards, and thereby promotes the core competitivenessof enterprise.This thesis is based on the stratagem development objective of R Group, andanalyses the present situation and problems of management and normalization inGroup and subsidiary business. Focusing on the Group’s overall demands ofinformation reform, the Group deploys and implements ERP system with the methodof information management to achieve the system integration and reengineeringGroup’s each plate of finance and business, to promote enterprise’s overall speed ofinformation response, to provide a strong support for enterprise’s decisions, toenhance the enterprise’s management standards and operational capacity. At the same time, it gives a great reference to the other similar business enterprises, and promotesthe information technology.
