The rapid development of the Internet economy has a great impact on the traditional retail sales of the fast moving consumer goods industry.Competition of domestic fast moving consumer goods industry is increasingly fierce,FMCG enterprises have to face the competition of globalization,brand building,invested huge,serious product homogeneity,channel extrusion problems such as fierce and strong resources for retailers.Company A of fast moving consumer goods industry also faces above problem.From A company listed on the first toothpaste in 2006,annual sales of more than 30% of the growth,but business continued to grow to a certain pressure on the management of A company,especially a surge of cooperation customers lead to dealers some problems in the management of A company.How will company A manage the channel dealers,better serve the customers,and improve the operation and management ability of company A? Therefore,in order to standardize the dealer management business and improve the company's information management level,it is very necessary for company A to build an information system for the dealer users.The main work of this paper is as follows:In the first chapter and the second chapter,through literature research,read a lot of domestic and foreign enterprise information construction,management information systems,business process reengineering,information system integration of relevant literature,theory,the study of various theories.It is of great guiding significance to provide research direction and theoretical support for the topic selection and writing of this thesis.In the third chapter,through the interview method,investigation of the current distributor business,A company information system application,and has carried on the detailed analysis of the current situation of summarizing the existing problems and reason and the related problems of further research.In the fourth chapter,through the questionnaire survey method,we deeply understand the user's demand for the dealer system.According to the demand and the development target of company A,the construction target of distributor system of company A was determined,and the overall plan of distributor system construction was clearly put forward.In chapter 5,6,through system analysis method based on information system integration to build dealer system as A system engineering to operation,at the same time,aimed at the practical problems of company A distributor management and information system requirements,using the theory of business process reengineering,information system integration,method,technology,put forward A set of from design to implementation,some people,money,content,technical support,support dealer system solutions.Conclusion is given,based on the information system integration build dealer system can realize information integration management,implementation and distributors win-win cooperation,improve the operational efficiency of the company,further improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
