Linyi China Unicom Business Integration System Design And Implementation

The economic globalization has already arrived, facing the challenge of this globalization, information technology has become the foundation and one important means for us to obtain the competitive advantage, and the utilization of this information technology can enhance the core competence of the corporation, improve management level of the company and facilitate its continuable development. And information technology has caused the change in the field of corporation operation environment and their competition pattern, which has put forward new task and challenge for business management, meanwhile the research of how to exploit the information technology to obtain competitive advantage has also become one of some hot topics in the recent management research.As one newborn corporation, Linyi Unicom takes great efforts upon the introduction of modern management techniques in which the utilization of information technology is one. And the use of information system has great improved the work efficiency and the management level of Linyi Unicom, meanwhile, for it lacks certain unified develop and maintenance but the local divisions have their own various demands respectively, so there appears some gap between this information system and the reality.
