Information is the basis of scientific decision-making of enterprises,with the expansion of the scale of enterprises,the internal and external operating environment facing them is more complex,the degree of management refinement is improved,and enterprises put forward higher requirements for the quality of operation and management information.Managers should go deep into the business,understand the operation of the enterprise,know the dynamic results of all aspects of the business process in real time,and require the deep integration of business information and financial information.Traditional financial statements are no longer able to meet their information needs,and there is a growing need for companies to build a management reporting system that is useful for decision making.This paper selects Q Group as the research object,uses the case study method,first investigates the motivation of Q Group to build a management reporting system,then explores the specific construction scheme of Q Group’s management reporting system,and finally summarizes the experience and enlightenment of management report system construction.After research,it is found that Q Group built a management reporting system to integrate business information and financial information,break the information barriers between business and finance,realize the homology and unity of business information and financial information,enhance information timeliness and reliability,etc.,and meet the information use needs of managers.To this end,Q Group builds a management reporting system according to the information needs of managers at the group level,the management layer and the business layer,and ensures the quality of management report information through the integration of industry and finance organization,the integration of industry and financial activities,the integration of industry and financial systems,and unified data processing.On the basis of summarizing the practice of industry-finance integration of Q Group,this paper evaluates the implementation effect of the management reporting system from the perspectives of information acquisition cost,information timeliness and reliability,and proposes further optimization thinking on the three aspects of external data application,information demand management,and construction of industry and financial work team,including: using blockchain technology to strengthen external data application;dynamically managing the information needs of users at all levels;and cultivating high-quality industry and financial work teams in various ways.The innovation of this paper lies in the fact that from the perspective of the integration of industry and finance,the construction and implementation of the management report system using practical case studies,and the analysis of the difficulties and solutions for the realization of the management report system in the context of the integration of industry and finance can provide reference for other enterprises and provide ideas for solving the contradiction between the growing information demand of managers and the backward information processing ability of financial personnel.
