As the development of enterprises being circumscribed by the resource shortage, theenvironmental liability pressure pollution of enterprise due to the environ-mental accountability, remanufacturing production is not only the new way for enter-prise to survival and development, but also up to the circular economy concept. Withthe integration of the traditional supply chain and reverse supply chain, the formation of theclosed-loop supply chain makes the manufacturing more in line with the concept of circulareconomy, which becomes to be the focus and hotspot of academic research and businesspractice. The enterprises urgently need the help and support from government in period dueto the initial stage in Chinese remanufacturing, the incomplete recycling system and weaknessconsciousness of the remanufactured products. Therefore, there has theoretical and practicalsignificance on research the premium mechanisms of the closed-loop supply chain withremanufacturing in the uncertain demand and WTP differentiation, which is combining theactual condition. With the game theory, operations research and other methods, the article researches onthe effect of premium mechanisms on the closed-loop supply chain with remanufacturing, which based on uncertain demand and WTP differentiation. The main contents of thispaper are as follows: The first chapter we will introduce the significance and present situationof premium mechanisms on the closed-loop supply chain with remanufacturing, which basedon uncertain demand and WTP differentiation. Then in second chapter some basic theoriesabout the closed-loop supply chain with remanufacturing were explained so as to provide aframe work for the follow-up studies. The third chapter mainly set out the assumptionsand describes the research problems in detail. The fourth chapter established the profit modelof premium mechanisms of removing corporation, which according to the former assumptionsand description. The fifth chapter established the profit model of premium mechanisms ofmanufacturer, and then the objective function is proved and the optimum conditions for solving are given. Comparative analysis of the former two premium mechanisms are give insixth chapter. The seventh chapter is the summary and outlook.Through this research, the author draws the following conclusions:(1)Consumer’sawareness play an important role in remanufacturing production and sales, when the incentiveintensity is certain, mechanism of rewarding manufacturer can effectively reduce the priceof both new products and remanufactured products, improve remanufacturing products’ orderquantity and maximize the channel total profit;(2) If the remanufacturing products’ WTP iscertain,, it is effective for government incentives to improve the collecting quantity of WEPin the mechanisms of rewarding removing corporation when the government reward islow, but did not take the profit of manufacturer and retailer into account;(3) In the certainremanufacturing products’ WTP, it is better for government to implement premiummechanism on manufacturer than on removing corporation with the incentive intensityincreasing. Moreover, the mechanism of rewarding manufacturer will not only increase thecollecting quantity and the remanufacturing products’ order quantity with the rising of therewarding to manufacturer, but also increase the profit of the member in the supply chain soas the channel total profit.
