In recent years, people’s life and consumption level have tremendously improvedalong with the rapid development of scientific technology and rapid ascension of thesocial economy level. The electronic products production eliminated and abandoned getmore intense because of the rapid development of electronic information industry. If thewaste electronic products do not have professional collection and reasonable classificationprocessing, it will not only bring great pollution to the environment, but also can lead togreat waste of resources. At present our country is in the peak of the abandonment ofwaste electronic products. How to recycle waste electronic products has importantpractical significance to our country enterprise’s sustainable development andenvironmental protection. This paper is based on the recycling of waste electronic products has important socialand economic benefits, and do the detailed analysis for closed-loop supply chain and thereverse logistics of waste electronic products, Including the characteristics of theclosed-loop supply chain, operation mode, the recycling mode of waste electronic product, recovery classification and the responsibility of the enterprises. It has laid a foundation fordiscussing the recovery pricing strategy between the manufacturers and retailers. Thispaper has a lot of assumptions which can meet the reality and economics. And through themethod of mathematical modeling, solve out that in which recycling pricing themanufacturers and retailers can make the biggest profits, and make clear of therelationship of the recycling pricing and the recycling quantity. This paper’s modeling isbased on two different situations. One is based on the retailers’ classification; the other isbased on the manufactures’ classification. Finally I get the optimal solution under thesituations of cooperative game and non-cooperative game. And obtain the generalconclusion from the comparison of two kinds of game equilibrium. The conclusion is thatwhether retailers’ classification model or manufacturers’ classification mode, the grossprofit and the recycling price in the case of cooperative game are larger thannon-cooperative game.
