Because of government's policies and regulations, environmental protection, corporate social responsibility, economic interests and other factors, since the 90s of last century, reverse supply chain activities began to receive unprecedented attention; then, the closed-loop supply chain, which integrates traditional supply chain and reverse supply chain, became to be a hotspot of academic research and business practice. This paper mainly consists of four parts. Firstly, this paper proposes a new mode, which the recycling activity is implemented by the retailer and third-party together after points out the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional modes of recycling of waste products. Secondly, this paper establishes two closed-loop supply chain pricing models of non-cooperative mechanism and cooperation mechanism under retailer recycling mode. Thirdly, this paper proposes two closed-loop supply chain pricing models of non-cooperative mechanism and cooperation mechanism under retailer and third party collaboration recycling mode, then compares the closed-loop supply chain efficiency with non-cooperative mechanism and Cooperation mechanism. In the fourth part, this paper compares and analyses the closed-loop supply chain efficiency of the retailer recycling mode with the retailer and third party collaboration recycling mode, then designs the numerical examples to verify the conclusions, meanwhile, this paper make the sensitivity analysis between the remanufactured ratio and price elasticity coefficient with the recycling price and system income; at last this paper briefly discusses the closed-loop supply chain coordination mechanism and contract design issue.
