With the progress of science and technology and the development of new electronic industry, electrical and electronic equipment have become indispensable consumer goods in human life.In particular,in recent years, the people's personalized demand for new electronic equipment not only speeds up the upgrading and renewing of electrical and electronic equipment, but also aggravates the problem of resource shortage and environmental pollution. Many countries have promulgated a series of laws and regulations to regulate and guide enterprises to recycle and reuse electronic products. In response to the country's environmental requirements, some enterprises have also carried out electronic products recycling work.Because the closed-loop supply chain of electric and electronic equipment is increased reverse supply chain on the basis of the traditional supply chain, and can comprehensively analysis the entire life cycle of the electric and electronic equipment from the perspective of system. Therefore,it is great significance to study the related problems of closed-loop supply chain of electrical appliances. This paper regards the closed-loop supply chain of electrical appliances as the research object, builds and simulates the closed-loop supply chain model of electrical and electronic products based on system dynamic.Firstly, the paper analyzes the basic types and key processes of the closed-loop supply chain. On this basis, this paper constructs a closed-loop supply chain framework for closed-loop supply chain of electrical appliances combining with the current status and research purpose of electrical and electronic products.Secondly,on the basis of closed-loop supply chain framework, consider the income of each node enterprises, this part build the SD model of the closed-loop supply chain using VENSIM PLE simulation software, and test it by using dimensional consistency, extreme conditions and behavior reappearance detection method.Thirdly, based on the SD model constructed, the closed-loop supply chain of electrical and electronic products was simulated under different government rewards and punishment strategies.Thirdly, based on the SD model constructed, the closed-loop supply chain of electrical and electronic products was simulated under anarchic and different government rewards and punishment strategies. The simulation research is realized by comparing the profit and recycling of each node enterprise, under different recovery ratio and inventory adjustment time in the strategy of anarchic rewards and punishment, and comparative analysis anarchic, fixed and flexible in different rewards and punishment respectively. The following conclusions are drawn based on simulation analysis.Under anarchic government rewards and punishment strategies, with the increase of the recovery ratio, the profits of seller remain unchanged, the profits of manufacturer and recycler have the characteristic of diminishing marginal, the profits of parts supplier exhibits inverted U-shape;with the increase of the inventory adjustment time, the profits of joint enterprises on closed-loop supply chain decreased, which has the characteristic of diminishing marginal.Under different government rewards and punishment strategies, the premium-penalty factor has a positive influence on the profits of the joint enterprises;compared with the different premium-penalty strategy, the premium-penalty strategy is beneficial to improve the profit and recovery of the joint enterprises on CLSL,and the flexible reward and punishment strategy is more effective than the fixed reward or punishment strategy.According to the simulation results, this paper puts forward the countermeasure of developing the closed-loop supply chain of electronic products.
