| Enterprise technology innovation is a complicated system, it will be affected of theelements of enterprise internal and external other coupling system in the process ofdynamic change. This paper focused on high-tech enterprise technology innovation,researched high-tech enterprise technology innovation performance influence factors, andanalyzed its dynamic evolution and ascension path in evolutionary perspective.Enterprise technology innovation itself is a complex system; it is affected by theinternal factors and external coupling systems. This paper establishes the NK model fortechnology innovation performance of high-tech enterprises from the four elementscombined with empirical methods: innovation strategy, organization structure, capitalaccumulation and the enterprise culture applying the fitness landscape theory, and respondsto the enterprise technology innovation performance with fitness of system, then givessome positive suggestions in the following aspects, such as strategies planning, path choiceof enterprise technology development, and how to achieve optimal performance throughadaptive search in innovation networks. First of all, based on combing and summary ofprevious studies, I conducted a questionnaire survey about high-tech enterprises. Using thefactor analysis and structural equation method, the paper developed high-tech enterprisetechnology innovation performance scale from the aspects of innovation strategy,organization structure, capital accumulation, and enterprise culture. Then on the basis of thetheory of fitness landscape it built up the NK model for enterprise technology innovationsystem from the dimensions of technology innovation performance affecting factors. Andcombined with the empirical data, it reflected the performance of technological innovationthrough the fitness value, and built the enterprise technology innovation system.The empirical results show that:(1) The cooperate among elements is of great significance to improve high-tech enterprise technical innovation;(2) Although the systemhas multiple paths to gain the optimal fitness landscape value finally, there is an optimalpathof0000-0010-1010-0010-1010;(3) Cooperation among elements can produce differenteffect on enterprise technology innovation system in the view of system.Based on system perspective, this paper put forward a multidimensional mode topromote the technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprise, and gaveconclusions and recommendations in high-tech enterprise innovation strategy making,choice of development path and how to achieve optimal performance through adaptiveshrinkage quickly in the innovation network. It can guide high-tech enterprise to solve theproblems about technology innovation, provide theoretical and empirical support topromote the high-technology enterprise developing sustainably and rapidly in our country. |
